All orders are packed and shipped from our small studio in Denver, Colorado.

Most items are embroidered or finished after the order is placed. Because of that, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

During launches, restocks, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We’re a small operation, not a warehouse empire.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Domestic shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
