How long until I receive my order?
Most items are made or finished after the order is placed. Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. Sometimes faster. Sometimes the universe has other plans.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders pretty quickly, so cancellations aren’t always possible. But if something went horribly wrong, email us at void@cultofabsurd.com and we’ll do our best.

Can I change my order?
Once an order enters production, we usually can’t add or remove items. Still, reach out and we’ll see what can be done before the machinery fully awakens.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or somehow more cursed than intended, email void@cultofabsurd.com with a photo and your order number and we’ll help you out.

How do returns work?
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Learn more here.
