Return policy
Sometimes things don’t work out. Existentially or otherwise.
If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return process simple and painless.
Returns
Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still in their original condition.
Refunds: Once your return arrives back at the studio, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds cover the item cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return
- Email void@cultofabsurd.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- Pack the item securely. The void is rough on packages.
- Ship the return using the carrier of your choice and send tracking once available.
- We’ll handle the rest and let you know once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or somehow more cursed than intended, email void@cultofabsurd.com with a photo and your order number and we’ll help you out.
