The worn-in counterpart to Drop 001 shirts.

This hat was inspired by vintage workwear caps. We chose a mid-rise, five-panel unstructured crown for a slightly slouchy fit that will soften with wear. The black 8-wale corduroy adds texture while keeping the hat tonal.

At the center is a wobbly smiley trying to hold its expression together. The worn gray canvas was chosen to match the faded gray prints used across Drop 001 shirts. The shirt fronts are intentionally subtle, allowing the hat to become the focal point when worn together. The pieces coordinate without looking like a matching set.

The patch has raw edges that will continue to fray over time. Small gunmetal spikes add some edge without going over the top. They blend into the black corduroy and become more visible when the angle changes or the light catches them.

This is the most detailed hat in Drop 001 and you’ll never take it off.

THE SHIRT

Based on the best-fitting vintage band tee ever owned.

Most merch begins with the artwork. The shirt underneath is an afterthought. We wanted the opposite: a shirt worth wearing even before anything was printed on it.

Built to capture the feel of a favorite vintage band shirt, it starts with heavyweight 6.1 oz cotton that feels substantial without being stiff. The fabric is garment-dyed for softened color and lived-in character, while the relaxed fit feels comfortable without being excessively oversized.

Each shirt is designed, hand-printed, and finished in Denver, Colorado. It’s made from 100% ring-spun, pre-shrunk cotton, reinforced with double-needle stitching, and finished with a black D-ring at the back. Black on black, because black is the only valid color.
